About Us

Caribbean Roots. New York City Soul.

Some people find their purpose in the most unexpected places. For me, it was standing in a city of millions, surrounded by every culture imaginable and still not seeing mine reflected in the clothes on the racks. That's when Tees and Thingz was born.

My Story

I'm a Caribbean woman who made New York City my home. I came here with big dreams, a suitcase full of memories, and a culture so rich, so vibrant, so full of life that I couldn't understand why it wasn't showing up in fashion the way it deserved to.

Back home, our culture is everything. The colors, the music, the food, the pride. But when I walked into stores in NYC, I rarely saw anything that spoke to that experience. I wanted to change that.

Why Graphic Tees?

Because a graphic tee is the most honest outfit you can wear. It's the first thing you reach for in the morning. It's what you throw on when you want to be comfortable and say something. For me, it's always been my go-to and I wanted my go-to to finally represent me.

Tees and Thingz is my answer to the gap I kept seeing. Every design we create is a celebration of Caribbean identity, heritage, and pride  made for people who want their everyday clothes to tell their story.

Representation Matters

Whether you're from Jamaica, Trinidad, Barbados, Haiti, Guyana, or anywhere across the Caribbean diaspora this brand is for you. It's for the first generation New Yorkers, the island kids who grew up in the boroughs, and anyone who carries the Caribbean in their heart no matter where they live.

When you wear Tees and Thingz, you're wearing your culture out loud. And that's exactly the point.

Built with Love, Worn with Pride

This is more than a clothing .It's a movement toward visibility, representation, and joy. Thank you for being part of it.
